The Bacon Explosion is a woven mat of bacon filled with italian sausage and cooked bacon bits, then smoked for a couple hours.

Dear god, woman. There are no words.
Wow, that's just about the grossest thing I've ever seen.
Maybe that could be an intervention tool for people who eat too much meat. Like when parents catch their kids smoking and make them burn through a whole carton.
I'd try it!
Now, I'm not saying I'll MAKE it, but its so outragous, like that Krispy Kreme donut bread pudding, I would eat some if the bacon was crispy.
I'm afraid I would try it too, if I did not have to cook it. (would smell up the house}. But then I also love saurkraut....
